Lila Sophia at age nine is intelligent, precocious and wild, a child brought up around the world, the Serengeti, Tibetan Plateau, Madagascar, Antarctica, Amazon and the Congo, Knossos and Dendera, the plateaus of Tibet and island archipelagos of the Pacific. She has been unconventionally educated by her parents, Dominique Hayden and Raj Nataraj.
